Over the years I've had the honor of publishing a number of books on performance management and appraisal, consulting, customer service, and dealing with hostile customers.  I've been blessed by not having had to pursue publishers for my books since, in most cases, I've been offered the opportunity to write by publishers. Over the last few years I've moved my company into publishing, so some of our more recent books are published by us, rather than through a major company like McGraw-Hill.
