Unfortunately, we have not generated enough traffic, or book sales to justify keeping this site publicly available for free, or, for that matter, even maintaining this site, and its content.
One reason is that Google has changed so much over the last year or two that it's virtually impossible for small businesses to get enough search traffic to survive, let alone generate any income. We have a lot of company!
